Help us get accurate information into the hands of our community.

What is it?

Our Literature Drop is one of the easiest ways to help get the facts about Issue 8 directly to Orange Schools voters, and this is NOT door knocking! There is no sales pitch and no need to knock on doors or debate the levy. Simply follow your assigned route and leave one piece of literature at each home.

Pickup Your Packet

Friday, September 25, from 5:00–7:00 PM at the library across from the high school, during the tailgate before the football game. An alternative pickup time and location will be available for those who cannot make it Friday.

Walk Your Route

Most routes take just 1 to 1½ hours, and that small commitment of time provides invaluable help. Routes can be completed anytime between September 26 and October 4.

Detailed Instructions

IMPORTANT MAILBOX RULE

Do not put literature inside, on, attached to, or hanging from a U.S. Mail mailbox.

If there is no clearly separate newspaper/delivery compartment, take the literature to the front door.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR ROUTE

• Walking routes: Park safely and walk the streets in your packet, checking off addresses as you go. Do not walk over yards.

• Driving / hybrid routes: Some streets or small neighborhoods are close together but not connected for walking. Complete one street or neighborhood, then drive and park at the next location and continue.

• Major-road routes: Use extra caution and do not stop where it is unsafe or block traffic.

• Before finishing: Double-check your list for missed addresses. Do not leave literature at an address that is not on your packet.
